This is a modern, alternative method for making dental crowns. It is a fast, simple procedure that only takes a little over an hour to complete.
Crowns That Perfectly Match Your Smile
Your new crown will match the rest of your teeth, helping to restore your smile. Thanks to the CEREC procedure, your crown will be ready before you know it!
- First, a composite resin is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on your tooth.
- Once this resin is in place, it is then hardened via an ultraviolet light.
- Finally, the resin is polished to give it the look of a clean, undamaged tooth.
All Done in Just One Visit
Once the crown is designed, the CEREC device will mill the restoration, which takes about only 15 minutes. When it is complete, the restoration will be placed in your mouth. You don't even have to worry about temporary crowns or multiple appointments.
